 ADOPTION PROCESS
Furry Friends Refuge requires that you meet with any animal you are interested in adopting prior to putting in an application.  Potential adopters are welcome to visit our animals during our adoption hours or by prearranged appointment.  All adopters must be at least 18 years of age and must complete an application.  All animals adopted from Furry Friends Refuge must be adopted as companion animals.  All cats, dogs, and rabbits will already be spayed or neutered at the time of adoption.  Cats are microchipped, given basic vaccinations (except rabies vaccine), and have been tested for FeLV/FIV.  Dogs are microchipped, given basic vaccines (except rabies vaccine), and have been tested for heartworm.  Furry Friends may request a home visit, landlord approval, references, or other information pertinent to the suitability of the potential adoptive home.  Furry Friends Refuge reserves the right to refuse any adoption.

LONELY HEARTS CLUB
These animals have special needs, are senior pets, or have been overlooked at the shelter and can be adopted for a reduced adoption fee of $25
